- Squat - Within 6 months, I want to add 30lb to my squat;
- today 7 January I squatted 105 lb (47.6kg) for 3 sets x 6 reps with 1 warm-up set of 95lb x 10reps
- Deadlift - Within 6 months I want to DL 60kg/132lb.
- On 5 Jan my DL: 54kg (119 lb) x 4 sets x 8 reps
- By when? I'm aiming for a 6 month time-frame, June 2015 and I may hit my target sooner which is fine. I think 6 months is a suitable and practical, safe, sensible time-frame.
