Personal Power for a Happier Life: You Are Not Your Thoughts or Feelings
This Personal Power video focuses on the subject of Questioning Your Thoughts, Feelings, Emotions based on the premise that YOU ARE NOT what you're thinking or feeling.
Just because you have a 'feeling' or think something is 'off' does not mean it is in fact wrong. Perhaps there eventually is something that will need your attention and problem-solving - *perhaps* - however, the key tip here is for you to bring yourself to a moment and place of stillness and become more AWARE, PRESENT and MINDFUL.
Once you reclaim your presence and peace in that moment, by identifying and labeling the THOUGHT that preceded the EMOTION or FEELING, you can ask yourself:
"IS IT TRUE?"
This is an empowering, happy moment with a powerful message about Questioning our thoughts, feelings and emotions to live life with greater ease, flow and serenity. It's never really done or 'perfect' however you can begin to feel more connection with life and embracing what is, to ultimately acknowledge and embrace the beauties and splendors that surround you in this moment, Now.
