Discover the multifaceted, delightful qualities of walking from as little at 10-15 minutes daily to more.
- Build stronger bones
- Clear your mind and reduce mental and emotional stress
- Soft and gentle for your joints so all ages can enjoy this practice for life-long wellbeing
- Increase and enhance blood circulation
- Maintain or improve Heart Health (Terrific for the cardiovascular
system)
- Lubricates the synovial joints of the knees specifically (whilst building stronger bones)
- Connects you with nature and natural, fresh air and the natural earth elements which enhances your vitality and holistic wellbeing
- It keeps you grounded and connected to the Earth's energy and hence counterbalances the radioactive and electromagnetic waves and energy of modern-day technology to which we are all exposed to varying degrees
- Walking is an excellent way to move your Lymphatic System and hence facilitate your body's detoxification mechanisms to eliminate waste and keep your bodily fluids in a positive, beneficial state.
And if you share the walking with a friend or family member you will be engaging in a sociable activity which is excellent for emotional wellbeing and tranquility.
Conversely, if you need time to yourself to connect with your Inner Being and clear your mind or calm your nerves, walking is an excellent method to do so.
