Good morning! Happy Tuesday - March 24 :-)

Good morning, gorgeous! Thank you, God, for this resplendent new day. It is filled with promise, magnificence, magic, true love and glorious energy.

Today is a day unlike any other and that is simply awesome and amazing.
It is my dominant intent to be powerfully focused on my joy, vortex and well-being. To notice all those wonderful things I admire, enjoy, appreciate, and find delightful.
I love to laugh, I love wonderful friendships and delightfully intelligent, soulful and stirring conversations.
I love connecting with a gorgeous handsome guy...where we are both feeling each other (i.e. "I'm really feeling you right now) ! That's fun :-) .

I really appreciate my work, my colleagues, my location.

I am in the right place at the right time; my timing is divine. It is all in God's hands. There are some things we cannot explain and in those cases I choose to let it go and let it be. I don't need to explain everything, I don't need to understand everything...Some things are not for my understanding and I am at peace with that.

God works in mysterious ways and the Source knows the cosmic, magical way that all of our lives are unfolding in profoundly beautiful, synchronous and miraculous ways.

We are all like members of an orchestra - an ensemble generating a glorious symphony that runs on and on and on...producing different notes, beats and harmonies at each millisecond.

I am in the right place right now - I am exactly where I am supposed to be. Each day gets better and better, and every day in every way I am getting better.

My daily goal is to improve 1% in any area of my life where I am focused on developing. My fitness, nutrition, my thoughts, work performance, reactions, ideas, inspired actions, contributing more to my/our community through positive videos and posts. I love doing this.

It is my heart's wish to be the best me, the fullest me and to be totally in the flow of my life to realize and express my full potential; and this is a manifestation of God's greatness through physical body, spirit, words and thought.

I live my life with purpose and passion; I am the joyful leader of my life.

 

It is my desire to make a lasting contribution to our/my world community and to help others improve their own lives by generating messages of positivity, enthusiasm, well-being, abundance, joy, elation, travel, adventure, exploration, reading and enlightenment. These messages of positivity will enhance the quality of every listener's thoughts to yield a happier outlook on life, more self-love, raised energy vibration and overall fun and appreciation for life as a miracle.

In turn, I open myself to receive great abundance of joy, love, success, prosperity and long-lasting health. I joyfully open myself to receive more loving support from those around me who can raise me higher, support me, motivate and inspire me, and encourage my greatness within. I joyfullly open myself to true long-lasting love with a happy partner/co-creator; I joyfully trust life, I trust myself, and all the loving people in my life. I release old fears and trepidations and allow myself to fully enjoy the flow of a happy, dynamic, fun and awesome life, now and forevermore.

I am a powerful magnet for inspiration, inspired action, love and wellbeing; happy, life-long friendships and partnership; success, abundance, peace, joy, expansion and happiness.

Dear God, Thank you

Dear God,

I want to take the time to thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you so very much from the wholeness of my heart and soul for all the blessings that you are gifting me here and now.

Thank you so much because you have helped me to overcome old heartbreak and healed my heart completely. I feel so good today, here and now, living in the light. Thank you because I have really moved on and have come to embrace the fullness of me, who I am and the deep, eternal love you have for me and that I have found bit by bit for myself. I've been improving on a daily basis and this self-love helps me be a better friend, colleague, daughter, sister, Coach, and contributing member to our global community. Love is #1 and love starts from within.

Truly, love is all we need. The love from within.

It's been a long journey; an interesting, spiritual, soulful and uplifting experience. It's been 2 years since the completion of that relationship experience and I've entered new territory in my self development and evolution.

I pray for my friends and others going through their own journey to self-discovery and self-love. That they, too, find sooner or later, the core of love within themselves rather than projecting it onto an external party, the lover, the desired other. I pray that my friends find peace too, because peace is the relief we seek.

It feels great to be in love in a mutually reciprocating dynamic. It feels the best when you love yourself so, so much that your happiness does not depend or stem on anyone else. That is amazing and that is power. That is the blessing and God's gift.

Thank you for helping me and guiding me, for holding my hand, to overcome depression, anorexia, humble beginnings and the pangs of loneliness. Thank you for always being with me, the constant source of my resilience and tenacity.

It is really such a BLESSING and breath of fresh air for my soul to feel free of suffering, free of the self-imposed pain of perceived rejection and non-reciprocated love.
I am grateful for where I am today...It's been through God's grace and strength that I have my current strength and grace. Peace. Peace of mind is invaluable. It is worth diamonds, rubies and the most precious stones on earth.

Thank you, God, for the beautiful music you've created through majestic composers of classical music.
Thank you, for the beautiful birds and butterflies; the fun, belly-hurting, joyous laughs shared with friends and family.
Thank you for the magic and sacredness of morningtime, its fresh air, undisturbed silence, quiet, newness, the opportunity to start again and give it your very best. To co-create and have fun; to live a new day.

Thank you for my fabulous job where I am appreciated and cared for.

God, thank you for taking care of me always. Together we have traveled to so many distant lands and you've always brought me back in one piece with more magnificent memories, souvenirs and enriching experiences.
Thank you for the financial abundance I experience on a daily basis, and which multiplies continuously. Thank you for your protection; for my home, for my adoring family, and the loving, caring beings with whom I share my life experience.

Thank you for my vibrant and healthy, strong body. You have really gifted me with a remarkable vessel that takes me to an infinity of places and it performs amazing feats. I am truly blessed.

Thank you for the health of my organs, muscles, cells, ligaments, all the elements of my being; my body is such a wise entity it is astounding. It contains an unfathomable vastness of wisdom and knowledge...It does everything, it is a universe unto itself. WOW.

I am happy where I am and eager for more. Eager for more joy, more self-love, more peace, more passion, more focus on my life purpose; I am eager to feel my power and step into my self fully. I am eager to be more creative, more confident, wiser.To be who I really am in all of your greatness and to manifest the very best of myself to the world to bring greater good and positivity to all our surroundings and global community. And so that I thrive and delight in my earth experience.

I want to be my fullest self as the fullest expression of YOU.
There are so many possibilities and exciting experiences in my life being created each second. Many loves, more abundance, more success, more clarity, and a singular fabulous life-mate you have custom-designed for me :-).

Overcoming Emotional Lows: Deliberately Choosing My Thoughts

The Power of Deliberate Choice

We all have our ups and downs, and today I experienced one of those emotional “lows” while training – thank God it’s an increasingly unusual phenomenon in my reality :-). Somehow I was feeling a rising tide of sad thoughts, loneliness, etc. For some bizarre reason I felt teary, sad, blah and then I thought it must be hormonal. I asked myself, Why??? Where is this coming from???

In fact, there was no basis or foundation for my low emotions – I have every reason in the Universe to be joyful, happy and ecstatic. And I am. Still, today these feelings were just lightly floating onto my reality perhaps seeking to plant themselves. Even if it is hormonal this is NOT how I want to feel. 

With the power of my will and magnificent brain, I stopped and ‘looked” at those thoughts and acknowledged that these unhelpful, unresourceful thoughts are not me – they are simply floating thoughts passing by, and I chose to let them pass away.

*Consciousness*

I took the initiative to give this interplay of thoughts and feelings a physical manifestation by drawing – in a sense taking control of them, rather than letting them amplify and take control of me.

That’s when I held 2 contradictory thoughts – (1) We are what we think about, and (2) You are NOT your thoughts, thoughts are simply thoughts and don’t necessarily define you.

I concluded that I am the thoughts I CHOOSE and the thoughts I consciously SELECT and entertain as my focus; I am not those thoughts that drop in willy-nilly from time to time who knows from where, and which serve no benefit in my overall reality.

Any situation in life is how we *choose* to interpret it and the meaning we assign to it; things, people, places and experiences only have value because we CHOOSE to view them so.

I choose to use my brain, mental faculties, and I choose to want to always feel great, happy and loved.

In life, some things come and stay; and some things come and go forevermore.

Thoughts are exactly the same.

Every day is a journey and there is always, always, always something to be grateful for. Love is all around us, surrounding you and me. Abundance supersedes all things and permeates every facet of our experience if we consciously put on our “Spectacles of Abundance" :-).
