Convincing Yourself of New Beliefs that Work for YOU - Example: Be/Stay Vegan or Not Vegan

 Conversation with My Source:

Written: 11 August 2020

To be Vegan or not vegan?

What's Best for me? What's true? And what's good and healthy and balanced...Here is my 'dialogue' with my Inner Being and Source Energy, seeking guidance, clarity and more inner peace (on 11Aug2020...)

JAA: Fear thought - Will I get sick if I start eating eggs, dairy (nice simple dairy and organic too)...? And what about meat? According to some, meat does not feed pathogens but dairy and eggs do? This may be true for some but is not true for me.

We can clear-cancel-delete that thought and old belief or idea that came from someone else whom I do not personally know.

Source:  Practice the Art of Allowing, ease, flow and nonresistance to your innate, natural, always-flowing-to-you goodness.

Allow the floodgates to Love to OPEN for You, Jen!  We love you, we adore you and we support you in whatever you choose. Key word: "CHOOSE".

JAA: I am currently having Cottage Cheese 100g and Organic Greek Yogurt 100g - and so far I feel fine in my digestion. I am combining it with raw carrot sticks and raw cucumber - which is superbly hydrating! Yay! I also added Raw Manuka Honey and 1TB PB Fit for an added sweet kick :-). I did sniffle a bit (like antihistamine reaction?) towards the PBFit. Once this container finishes I will not purchase a new one.

The main concept and word that popped up for me since yesterday is Balance. It seems that no matter whether Vegan or non-vegan and the stories they share, some people take things to an extreme and then do the complete opposite of what they were doing before as if the previous approach was completely flawed. It may not have worked completely to satisfaction and may have even disappointed you, however that does not mean that it's a sort of 'poison'. The fact and truth is that there are millions of people who live and thrive long lives of well-being while eating dairy and eggs, fowl, animal foods and have harmony, health, well-being, goodness and etc. And there are also those who do not thrive and need to find a different approach.

The key element is Balance in our intake and focusing on real, whole, natural, non-chemical and non-artificial chemical foods.

My current, logical, rational self considers that there is no need to throw out the baby with the bathwater and there is no reason why you cannot incorporate and merge elements of both diets into your daily life whilst choosing the very best ingredients and products that are organic (to the utmost within my bounds), natural, REAL, whole Foods with a dominance from Plant foods to reach 40-50g+ fiber/day, and fruit daily as well.  The fruits and veggies are fundamental, to me, to ensure I'm balancing my nutrition with food-derived hydration and the fiber from natural plant foods which will feed the healthy gut biome.

If I don't feel like meat and no attraction or attention to it emanates or inspired from me then I don't do it because there is really no need, except if in the moment it is in your vortex, aligned and you feel absolutely good and no resistance to it. It can be organic and preferentially very moist to support my body's hydration.

Source:  Remove the resistance from your path.  Let the goodness flow to you, dear one. Nothing has gone wrong and you will never get it done.

JA: I realize from this experience of just a 4-5 days now having incorporated more dairy and eggs and fish (no meat) into my daily diet, that I have been quite self brain-washed by others perspectives and beliefs. Whereas I started this journey out of becoming Vegan in 2017 due to a dream I attributed as a message from God - for my own beliefs and reasons and not health or the trends or global ecology and agro-business - it turns out that I self-taught so much and researched and learned so much from YouTube and some books - that I am sort of brain washed now about the importance and even imperative of being Vegan to be Healthy.

In other words, I've been taught the belief that some foods will cause me to be ill and develop sickness. Whereas before I never personally felt that in my body, thank God, I just accepted what so many doctors and online peers believe.

Interestingly enough, I don't actually have any Vegan friends and I have only had 1 Vegan doctor who was my dentist and I was with her due to chance and not because I chose her as a doctor for her plant-based eating habits.

So NOW, here and today - the key I've learned is that I have to now DE-program myself and teach/affirm new beliefs for myself that support harmony with myself, alignment, health, vitality, vigor, joy, thriving, confidence and ease with my nutritional and daily lifestyle.

Valuable Tips: Eating Out & Sticking to your Eating Plan - Stay On Track & Succeed!

We've all been there. You're on your eating plan and doing well. Food prep is going smoothly, you are hitting your daily targets and feeling motivated. And then we receive invitations to dine out and you're wanting to join.
What to do when you feel that you may veer off of your plan and possibly sabotage your goals?

Dining out can be pleasant and satisfying, and you can honor your eating plan if we follow some clear parameters to keep us on track.

Here are some tips and ideas to help all of us who are following a diet or healthy eating plan (clean eating) and are dining out.

Earlier on the same day or 1 day in advance:

  • Review the menu in advance – Check out the menu online if possible and assess which is the best dish for you.
  • Plan/Strategize Ahead - Plan out your meals and caloric distribution for the day so that you can identify how much you will budget for dinner. Chances are the dinner (meal X) will be higher in calories even when you estimate and will likely contain more fat than you can accurately estimate. This is especially true since it's not entirely feasible to weight your food at the dinner table.

Psychological, Mental & Emotional Preparation is key:

Prepare yourself mentally and emotionally - Set yourself up for success with Positive Vibes in advance.

Decide in advance of sitting at the table on how you want to feel. Example talk to self

  • "By the end of the dinner I want to feel light and satisfied, I want to feel good, proud of myself, I want to enjoy the company of other diners. I want to appreciate this special moment and opportunity to take in fine food."
  • "I want to eat well and make healthy choices that are aligned with my health, wellness and fitness goals.
  • I trust myself to make the best possible choices knowing what I know about good food selections. I can do this. I trust myself to make the very best, ideal choices for myself tonight. It's going to be OK. I'm going to be fine. It's alright and I feel good about this new experience. I've got this and I can do it. Most importantly, I WANT this and I believe in myself.
  • I am my own partner on this wellness, health, fitness journey. I trust myself! I love myself and I can do this. It’s going to be fine.

When seated at the table & you’re ready to order: This is where your power lies.

Make savvy choices when you ready to order. Here are some pointers that can support you in more easily and effortlessly making the best choices aligned with your goals:

  • Simply ASK for what you want - Inform the waiter directly: "You know, I'm really careful with my nutrition. Can you please recommend the lightest or "healthy" dish available tonight? That with the most veggies and least oil/fat? The waiters typically know which dishes the restaurant would rate at on the 'healthier' side.
  • Salads - Look at the salad options and if it’s enough for a main course, pick the salad. Request dressing on the side which includes oils. If there is a protein, ask how it is prepared to avoid inadvertently ordering fried options. Ask for grilled, steamed or boiled options (same for the vegetables).
  • Appetizers - Try to avoid appetizers since these are normally small bites packed with loads of fat and calories but which will not fill you up as you will then have a Main Course (correct?)
  • Inquire on the Cooking Method - Request grilled, boiled, smoked, or steamed options. Bypass the sautรฉed, fried, deep-fried, pan-fried, seared, buttered, breaded or such ‘rich’ sounding dishes. The restaurant will typically be generous with the oils/butter they use when preparing their dishes and this is true from simple restaurant to 5-star cuisine.
  • Request grilled or steamed with little to no butter/oil. Mention, if need be, that you are allergic to excess oil/butter.
  • No Fried Anything - Be wary of and avoid dishes that are deep-fried, or with a complicated-sounding sauce, especially because sauces are made with fine ingredients like butter, oil, cream, milk, etc.
  • Sauces/Dressings - Request all sauces and dressing on the side so you can then control the amount you decide to ingest. You can sample the sauces, and thus not deprive yourself, by using the Teaspoon as a measuring tool.
  • Avoid dessert. You do not really need it, do you? If you can exercise self-control then only take in 1-2 bites and call it a day. Desserts will be energy-rich no matter how you slice it and any dessert can easily add 100-500 extra calories, unless you choose simple fruits (without creams, sauces, or other accouterments, etc) - bear this in mind!
You made it through the main course making healthy, mindful options; don't squander your excellent effort by consuming excess calories at the very end. Furthermore, if this is dinner remind yourself that desserts are pure sugar; large quantities of sugar consumed at night will have you buzzing with energy the rest of the night and thus interfere with getting deep and restful sleep.

  • Alcohol – Alcohol/Spirits contains calories and carbs (sugar) and thus you may want to restrict this particular item from the evening. Beer can cause bloating which you probably don't  want to feel after eating. However, if you absolutely feel obliged due to social/professional pressures, then go for 1 glass of red wine which is easy to account for and contains some positive qualities such as resveratrol which is an antioxidant (antioxidants reduce oxidative damage in the body). However, bear in mind that there are many mixed evaluations on the need to drink wine for its health benefits. You can obtain antioxidants through fresh fruits such as berries.

When you receive your food; the process of eating itself.

You still have the power to:

  • Bless your food and thank life for having it available here and now to nourish your body.
  • Infuse your food with positive vibes and trust that it will only have positive, desired, beneficial effects on your fantastic, special and unique body.
  • Pace yourself whilst eating; take slow and deliberate bites. No need to rush because if you eat too fast and finish before others you may feel compelled to eat even more food such as bread or any leftover appetizers still on the table.
  • Savor each bite. Detect the variety of favors. Appreciate the food that you are eating and its preparation.
  • Appreciate the different food components - spices, ingredients, etc -  all the more if you are dining in an elegant, refined restaurant with a noteworthy chef and top-notch cuisine.
  • Engage in conversation with other diners so you enjoy their company and also give your stomach enough time to process the food being ingested.

Finally, may we always appreciate that one meal will not make or break our ultimate success. Overeating in one meal can leave you a bit puffier and bloated for the next day, or feeling mental fogginess if you've eating something completely off of your plan.

The most important thing is to realize that it's about the habits and actions we are taking on a daily, consistent basis. How are you eating every day at each meal? Are you being true to your plan and thus aligned with your goals and vision?

When it comes to eating out perfectionism usually jumps out the window. Rather, it's about eating as close to ideally as we possibly can. The more you practice and experience what works for you, your own psychology, your own triggers and your own strengths and weaknesses, you become a more skilled eating-out diner.

For those of you who must constantly eat out for business and social reasons, then you will definitely want to be more strict (dare I say militant) about your nutrition and eating with the above ideas in mind.

Practice, reassess and see how your progress goes. And if eating out if really complicated for you then do not do it as much - you can always say no and meet you friends and others within another context that does not revolve around food.

Wishing you the greatest health and wellness!
Jennifer

The Magic - Daily Gratitude

Thanks to a recent catch-up with a good friend who shared with me the wonders of the book "The Magic", by Rhonda Byrne (same author of The Secret), I've decided to follow the book again. I had purchased the book almost 2+ years ago, started reading and then somewhere along the way fell off its trail and it slipped into temporary oblivion.

Anyways, Practice 1 is to write your list of 10 things for which your are grateful, every day/morning.
Here is today - Day3:

  1. I am really grateful for this fresh, new day because it's a new opportunity at life, to enjoy time with the people a like and who love me, to be a cocreator, and to have fun and enjoy the life experience.
  2. I am so thankful for this morning's fasted swim; I loved it because it helps me to take rest from gym while also burning fat, boosting my metabolism and keeping my muscles activated.
  3. I so deeply appreciate the beauty of the morning time, especially today poolside; the radiant sun gives me energy and tans me, the birds are flying high and free, singing their bird songs, and the air is clean, fresh, new. It is peaceful and supporting; kind and caring; loving.
  4. I really appreciate my safe and convenient drive to work because I reached safely and in good time; i like the flow of things.
  5. I feel really grateful for the delicious decaf coffee I had; perfect taste, hot and nicely complementing my breakfast.
  6. I really appreciate the nice person who took my pic this morning in bathing suit because i was able to really see progress in my physical development, and to appreciate who I am much more.
  7. I totally love and am thankful for the safe, supportive, collegial and professional work environment where I work.
  8. I am so thankful for the free car parking my company offers; bc of it I have a secure place where I leave my car the whole day, for free.
  9. I am so thankful for my colleagues and all my peers at work, and everyone I interact with, bc everyone is a co-creator and our interactions gives us all more clarity and guidance on what we prefer (and don't prefer). There is a ton of valuable feedback in our daily interactions.
  10. I am so thankful for last night's amazing sleep bc today I had great, positive energy and exuberance; I appreciate being able to appreciate and how thinking about these marvelous things enhance my sense of living and quality of life.

What 10 things are you thankful for today? :-)

Timeline Legacy Process - Empower Your Decisions, Empower Yourself, Empower Your Life

Recap - This week's Self-Empowerment Videos:

Early this week I made a video introducing the notion of taking "The Path of Least Resistance" as a type of framework or Guiding Question you can ask yourself when you are making a decision or find yourself in a troublesome or challenging situation. As I finished that video I touched on the idea that decision-making becomes easier, more efficient and straightforward when we take stock of the broader context or circumstances that the decision will affect. Once you make a decision you then check the Ecology - you check if it is a realistic, viable and workable course of action given the practicalities and realities of daily life, existing commitments and the people in your life.

I then shot a follow-up video on making more powerful decisions by going through the Timeline Legacy Process, a Neuro-Linguistic Process, that is designed to help the person get clarity on where they see themselves in future years. You can do it yourself in the privacy of your home, and it may be easier and more powerful if you have a skilled NLP Life Coach who can take you through the process.

Here it is in a nutshell:

Timeline Legacy Process - NLP Technique

You stand in a spot with enough space for you to take 4-6 steps forward (depending on the time increments you choose). You are facing the direction of your imagined future. You are standing in the current day (your 'today'). In other words, your future literally lies ahead of you.

  1. You take a step forward and place yourself 5 years into the future. You are 5 years older; what is your life like? What work are you doing? Who is in your life? Where are you living? How do you feel? What have you accomplished as you had wished?
  2. Take another step forward and imagine yourself 15 years in the future. You are 15 years into the future and you can ask yourself again what your life looks like, who you are with, what work you are doing or are you retired? What kind of an income do you have? Etc.
  3. Take another step forward and see yourself 25yrs older. You can ask the same questions and gauge where you are emotionally, mentally, physically, professionally and spiritually.
  4. Finally, you will take a final step forward and this time you are moving into your post-death experience. This is after you have passed away and left your mark on the world.
  5. Turn around and look back on your life. You can close your eyes (or not) as you mentally re-run the events of your life that you just experienced on your timeline.
  6. What was your legacy? What was your contribution to the world? What mattered most? Which people mattered the most? What was the most important or valuable aspect(s) of your life experience?
  7. From that whole life experience what message would you like to send back to yourself to the you that is living in the current day (the day you are doing this exercise)? Once you identify that message, send it back to the you in the present day.
  8. Once you've sent the message you will walk back through your time i.e. going back in time. Ensure that you are taking steps back so that you are still facing your future yet walking backwards.
  9. Once you reach the current day (today) you will once again be standing in the original position facing your future. Now you will receive the valuable message that the future you sent to the current you. Close your eyes and receive this message.
  10. Once you are sure that your internal self has received and absorbed the message you can acknowledge this in a subtle way (rub hands together lightly, open your eyes, or nod your head) and you can continue with your day with this new knowledge you've received from the future.
[Source: Thank you to Mindbridge NLP Trainings where I received my Life Coach and Master NLP Practitioner Certifications, and who taught me these modalities through their course materials and classes. It was an exceptional experience.]

Timeline (TL) Legacy Process - Elucidating Values

The Timeline process is designed to generate new ideas and clarity around the things that really matter to you in the long-term. This long-term perspective can help us identify, fine-tune and reconfirm our deeply-held values, or criteria. Values are the guiding stars of a person's behavior, attitudes and fundamental way of seeing the world. They serve as parameters for action (or inaction) and can certainly influence the meaning we ascribe to situations and experiences.

Since our Values shape our Identity, and our Identity is integral to a firm and secure sense of self, our confidence and place in the world (ego).

Values and Identity are inextricably linked.

Thus, it is natural that we protect, defend and cherish our Values. We have seen this evidenced since the beginning of time when civilizations and individuals have defended their religion, independence, gender equality, racial non-discrimination, and suffrage (right to vote).

Living up to our Values reflects congruence, or internal alignment, generates more personal clarity, and reconfirms our identity (Who I am, What I do, What I believe). In other words, the world makes sense and you feel secure in your place in the world and life. Living your highest, deeply-held Values will ideally reflect you at your best and enable living the life you love.

Thus, supporting your Values with the corresponding actions, thoughts, ideas, people and situations will further boost levels of optimal living and personal satisfaction.

This is why congruence and internal alignment are key.

Once you've gone through the TL process and learned, discovered and/or reaffirmed your Values
you can better understand what really matters for you in your life; which activities, people and situations will benefit your overall happiness and reflect you at your best, and living optimally.

It allows you to live with more ease, wisdom and peace; You don't sweat the small stuff (and it's all small stuff?) and to envision Your bigger picture, the great things in store for you, and the amazing possibilities you can create for your future.

Thinking about the future can be frightening or intimidating to some of us, especially when you haven't thought this way before. Perhaps no one has asked you where you see yourself a few years down the line. Or you draw blanks when you try. Or you think that the Greater Powers of the Universe will decide how things play out and you don't have much say in the end.

Regardless of where you stand on this spectrum, going through the Timeline Process will definitely give you feedback you can work with; remember - there is no such thing as Failure only Feedback. You will have more self-awareness and once you begin the process you might find it exciting to discover that you can in fact design your future with your thoughts.

Have fun with it! Use your imagination and ask yourself some powerful, creative 'creation' questions:

- What would I like to see happen?
- You don't know the answer, but imagine if you did know, what would that be?
- If anything were possible what would you see happen?
- Where do you see yourself thriving the most?
- Do you know anyone who already has the life you respect or admire? Which qualities or aspects would you like to have in yours?
- What are you doing when you're at your best?
- Where do you see yourself most in love with life?

In Closing...

I hope you've found this beneficial and relevant. Life is fun, life is amazing, life is a miracle and we are all co-creators in this experience. There are such beautiful and magnificent possibilities before us if we can only envision them, imagine them and then see and feel ourselves attuned to those potentialities. We are only limited by our thinking (Zig Ziglar's Stinkin' Thinkin'); we are only limited by our imagination.

One of my next posts & videos will focus on another NLP process: Fun and Magic with the Reframe Technique.
Here is a taster...
Feeling Lonely? Let's Reframe that!
Comparing yourself to someone else/to others? Let's Reframe that!
Frustrated by your lack of progress? Let's reframe that!
Feeling stuck in a rut? Let's reframe that!

Themes to explore: context of situations, all things being relative, things have meaning we choose to give them, and more.

Thanks and focus on empowering, resourceful thoughts. Life is a product of the quality of our thoughts.

The Path of Least Resistance - Video & Life Coaching

April 7, 2015:

Today's Video

On today's video of Path of Least Resistance (PLR) - http://youtu.be/YfYNsO_pf1k

I invite you to consider how it feels to ask yourself "What is the path of least resistance?" whenever we are faced with making a decision or in a situation that generates some blockage, challenge or resistance.

Once you've asked the question you can then identify how you want to feel as a result of the decision - What decision would make my life easier? What (would) make me feel better? What is the easiest course of action that will get me where I need to be? Shift my State to a more resourceful one.

Moving forward, I'd like to make a subsequent video focusing on how these decisions fit into the bigger scheme of your life. In Coaching this means "Checking Ecology" i.e. How the decision fits from a practical day-to-day perspective (how feasible is it in real  life) and also within the wider scheme of your life.

More often than not any decision you take will fit within a broader context. Here are some examples of typical situations:
  • Work Example - The bigger picture is one's overall, overarching career goals, work performance and personal happiness. How does the particular decision fit with your professional, career, self-development and financial goals?
    • Is the Path of Least Resistance to avoid and procrastinate a given project, and then eventually get stressed and rush to finish at the last minute? OR, is it to break the project down into parts and then gradually finishing in time with minimal stress?

  • Getting stuck in traffic - The bigger picture is you want to reach home safely, low stress, in good spirits, and have an enjoyable night.
    • Assuming taking another route is not feasible, is the Path of Least Resistance to make peace with where you are and make the current conditions as enjoyable as possible? i.e. play fun music, listen to an audio book, call a friend or family member, think about what great things happened in your day and what you are grateful for

  • Relationship/Social - Someone (a friend, romantic partner, etc.) walks out of your life and despite your efforts it just didn't work out. Or perhaps there is someone who for whatever reason does not like you.
    • The bigger picture is that you enjoy and want healthy, happy, harmonious relationships and you also value and appreciate yourself (Ask yourself if this is true for you. If does not feel true for you then there may be a deeper underlying Limiting Belief on your own value and worth). So then how does this situation and potential course of action fit into your overall aim of having happy, healthy and harmonious relationships?
    • Is the Least Resistance to just allow and accept this has happened? Or, is it to continue thinking over the issue wondering why it didn't work, where it went wrong and what you could've done differently, or if you should try further?

Sometimes the greatest difficulty is LETTING GO.

The course of action taken upon asking "What is the path of least resistance?" is intended to facilitate and help you come into better alignment and focus with the overarching goals you have in the given area of your life.

This brings up why it's valuable to have a longer view of one's own goals and overall priorities.
Why?
Because when we have clarity on our values, priorities and overarching personal/life objectives, we can better understand which decisions and actions while align and beneficially contribute to and support those overarching values, priorities and goals.

Why does this matter?

This matters because it reflects Congruence, Internal Alignment, and personal satisfaction for the life we are living and the way life is evolving.

Next Video Idea:
I'm really looking forward to creating a new video on Momentum & Why It Feels So Good.

Gratitude

I am so grateful for today's insightful and fun video on "The Path of Least Resistance" and that I  have contributed to my community in this manner.
I'm really happy with the way things are evolving.
I'm really enjoying the creation process, the self-expression and expansion; sharing overall, the thoughts, ideas, development. Contributing positively into this marvelous universe.

Personal Maxims - Things I Know To Be True

Good morning!

Happy & great morning to you :-D

It's a beautiful, blessed and magnificent new day. New adventures, magic and love are here upon us. I'm really looking forward to this day's unfolding. It has already begun in a magnificent and fun way. Awesome! Sometimes words are not enough to completely encompass and transmit our feelings and that is OK. At times it is better to simply FEEL and let it be without trying to narrow it down into verbal, written form.

Whenever you catch yourself in a moment of bliss where you are feeling a lot and somehow you don't find the perfect words to express what this means for you, just let it be and simply FEEL IT. Allow yourself to bask in that emotion, that beautiful feeling, that experience. You will set this more deeply into your memory and psyche and allow your heart and soul to connect more deeply with the moment.

Some moments are too exquisite and God-like to shape into human form and language.
That's special and when you experience such moments realize that you are blessed.

Things I believe & know to be true:

  • God is my strength
  • God's love, strength, and grace makes all things possible.
  • Everything happens for a reason.
  • I love to love.
  • I love to be at peace.
  • Things are always working for me.
  • We deserve to be happy.
  • Gratitude is the key to happiness.
  •
  • We all want to love and be loved.
  • I am always in the right place at the right time.
  • Things happen at the right time.
  • We all like and seek clarity.
  • I don't need to know how things will work out; I trust they will.
  • I don't need to know why things happened as they did; some things are not for me to know and that is divine.
  • Soul Mate Love is my destiny.
  • Trusting feels good.
  • It feels good to move forward.
  • It feels good to Connect.
  • People want to be appreciated, recognized and understood.
  • Love makes all things possible.
  • True Love starts within, with our Self.
  • Thoughts create reality.
  • Mind is a powerful ally; our mind has unlimited potential.
  • We are more powerful than we think.
  • I am more than I appear to be. The strength and power of the Universe rests inside of me. (From "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari" by Robin Sharma)
  • When your heart and soul truly, deeply desire a dream, the whole Universe conspires in your favor to make it a reality.
  • We want something because we think that in the having of it we will feel better.
  • The purpose of my life is to live in joy, peace, love and appreciation.
  • Laughter is powerful medicine.
  • Mother Nature has healing powers for the heart and soul.
  • All things take time; patience is learned over time.
  • Every day in every way I am getting better.
  • Life keeps getting better and better.
  • The universe is always providing signs; just pay attention.
  • If it feels like you have to try too hard or it's just not easily working out, and it takes you away from being yourself and feeling good - let it go, it's not for you.
  • I am responsible for my happiness, nobody else.
  • I am not responsible for anyone else's happiness.
  • I am whole and complete; everything I need to thrive and succeed exists within me.

2014 in Review - WOW - Thanks, Facebook

Hey Gorgeous, Hey Handsome!

Facebook generated this 2014 overview: https://www.facebook.com/arcila.jennifer

Looking it over, it's apparent 2014 was a year to develop and sow the seeds of RELATIONSHIPS, FRIENDSHIPS, FAITH AND SPIRITUALITY. There is certainly FITNESS overall as that is my main hobby...THank you, dearest loved ones, for being a part of this magnificent and joyous experience.
It's been a great year! Thanks for being a part of it.

In 2015 what will I do?
How will I focus?
What will I achieve?
How will I thrive, delight and inspire myself and others?

I will focus on LOVE, ease, wellbeing, taking it easy, and releasing resistance. I more aligned than ever to have and enjoy the physique of my dreams - a sexy, tone, lean, fit and healthy body which I enjoy with comfort, joy, convenience, satisfaction and total confidence.

I am no longer concerned with meeting the man of my dreams, because what I do know is that I am the woman of my dreams. If he lives in my dreams then how can he enter my physical reality?
Nah...The most important relationship is the one if have with GOD, Source Energy, myself and my Inner Being.

I care about how I feel, all is well and getting 'weller'.
Things are always working out for me.
I am always at the right place at the perfect time.
I support and encourage myself; words of self-criticim and judgement are no longer part of my psyche and vocabulary.
Complaints are a thing of the past, and I am solutions oriented.

I smile a bright, full, genuine and gorgeous smile.
I believe in the best of myself and support my greatest possibilities. My subconscious is Infinite Intelligence and I feed it empowering, caring and kind messages that support attainment of my heart's desires.
It's magnificent. I am a magician and intuitive being, I feel clairvoyant and wise beyond my years.
I know my purpose in life, I know why I am on earth, and I totally appreciate this time-space reality to be myself and the fullest expression of God in my unique vessel and energy.

I fulfill my life purpose each day; I do what makes my heart sing.
I do what I love and I love what I do.
I am committed to my wellbeing and alignment, and that's just divine.
I am loving the supportive friendships, situations and experiences that enter my reality continuously.
I am always surrounded by love.
I expect the very best and I always receive it.
Thank you, God, for all that is.
xx
