SMART Goals for 2015 - Let's Go, Getting real & Feeling that motivation

Hey there!

Soooo, fitness and other goals for this fantastic, exciting new and amazing year!

  • Squat - Within 6 months, I want to add 30lb to my squat; 
    • today 7 January I squatted 105 lb (47.6kg) for 3 sets x 6 reps with 1 warm-up set of 95lb x 10reps
  • Deadlift - Within 6 months I want to DL 60kg/132lb. 
    • On 5 Jan my DL: 54kg (119 lb) x 4 sets x 8 reps
  • By when? I'm aiming for a 6 month time-frame, June 2015 and I may hit my target sooner which is fine. I think 6 months is a suitable and practical, safe, sensible time-frame.
