↪Persimmon, Pear, Kale, Mango, Cucumber, Bok Choi, Turmeric, Ginger root↩

TOTAL Kcal: 305 cals,  1g Fat, 5g Protein



✅Plus, today I share a simple tip you can easily apply if you're ever concerned about too much sugar intake from the fruits if you start juicing.



Tip:

COMBINE 50/50 FRUITS & VEGGIES and less fruits if you have high blood sugar (diabetes). Bear in mind this is not medical advice and rather based on research and other's experience.
